Spring Break, The White River, and Flood Damage

Over spring break the wife and I went to Northern Arkansas to stay in a cabin along the White River.  Recently they have received over 12 inches of rain, which left most of the region flooded.  The picture below shows a campground with 6-8 inches of mud and silt left from the flooded Sylamore Creek [...]

Crazy Nephew!!

My wife took this picture from the living room window last weekend…The boy in the picture’s name is Tucker. He is 7 years old and in the 1st grade…His kite was stuck in the tree. This was his fix to being too short! Talk about thinking outside the box…Way to go Tuck!
